It is a tough job for every new mother to choose a perfect diet for her baby. After the initial 6 months of breastfeeding, the baby needs other essential nutrients for growth. You will have to make them familiar with new food items but never introduce more than one at a time. This colorful and appealing dish is one of the healthy baby food recipes. So, if your toddler does not like the taste of beetroots then you must try this tasty way. Heat the cooker and add some butter to melt then add 1 bay leaf, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves and give a quick stir. Add onion, ginger and garlic paste and fry it. Then add chopped beetroots, green peas, tomatoes, green chilies, mint, and coriander leave and mix. Add turmeric, red chili, and ground spices powder and mix it. Also, add enough water and pressure cook it for 2 whistles. Once cooked add 2tbsp of lemon juice and serve it.

Roast the semolina on a pan with little butter. Add the veggies on the semolina and stir. Use salt, a little bit of sugar, turmeric, and cumin powder. Add some water and cover the pan for 5 minutes. Also, add some chopped cashews and butter before serving.

Always remember to sterilize the bowl and spoon by which you are feeding your baby. Put them on boiling water for 2 minutes. Avoid using plastic bowls or cups for your baby. Cook tasty and make your baby healthy.
